Diny lives on the south coast of England, with her husband, three daughters, a lame German shepherd and two murderous cats.

By day she is a home-educating mum, who just about manages to juggle working on her next novel, writing poetry and sharing her knowledge and experience to inspire and help other writers.

At night, she puts on her stealth gear and moonlights as a paranormal investigator (which is a challenge because she is scared of the dark) and official ‘weird magnet’.

She loves to cook (but mostly eat) and will turn up anywhere on the promise of cake, is obsessed with alien conspiracy theories, but is easily distracted by anything sparkly (and cake).
